1) Love is the first one. Love what you love more than ever. If you love your mother or your kitten do more of it.
2) Before sleeping in your bed, be grateful at least 3 of the things that happened that day. Say thank you for those event/thing or whatever else; 3 times for each of them
3) When you wake up say thank you for the new day before you step on the ground, and don’t do anything before all of your thoughts have become positive.
